Despite being a bit nervous beforehand, she thoroughly enjoyed speaking to the group and answering specific questions at the end.

If you've not come across this group please do look them up, they do some fantastic projects an...

Yesterday we went to visit a fantastic award-winning local passive house in Trowley Bottom, Hertfordshire as part of a building tour put on by the Hertfordshire Association of Architects.

The proposals involve installing a short stretch of railway track between the end of the platform and the road and have so far had a fantastic amount of local support.

A little bit out of the ordinary - we have just secured retrospective planning permission for an advertisement on the side of this locally listed building, in the centre of St Albans Conservation Area.

We can also personally recommend the excellent food - and, yes, Tom Cruise did visit and had the lobster curry!

We are also working on an application for re-laying a short section of railway track at Nast Hyde Halt, on the Alban Way - so if you have...
