Development of five new dwellings on the site of a former steelworks.

We took this project on after the site had achieved outline planning and have submitted planning amendments and achieved Building Regulation approval for three of the plots for the developers, with the fourth in progress now. All properties are built to exceed Building Regulations for energy efficiency and use air source heat pumps to run the heating and hot water systems.

The fifth plot has been sold onto private clients who have engaged us to design a new house on the plot and achieve planning and Building Regulation approvals.
