Pre-app and Planning/Listed building applications

Pre-application discussions with local Council and submission of documents for relevant consents

Application monitoring and clearance of conditions

Answering Council queries and submission of appeal*/second application**

if necessary and clearance of any approval conditions

Technical design and Building Regulations application

Engagement of external consultants to aid with preparation of documents and submission to Building Control. 

Technical queries, preparation of specification and tender

Answering Building Control queries, additional technical and construction detailing and production of specification for Contractors to quote on

Contract administration and site involvement

Ongoing site involvement, carrying out contract administration and site inspections to monitor the works and costs and certify payments to Contractor

Handover

Carrying out handover inspection, arranging final certificates and carrying out maintenance inspection and final sign off. 

*  Attendance at a Public Enquiry will be charged extra on a time basis
